accordance with all legal requirements and procedures.
The successful Customs Brokers will be responsible for managing all
operational customs responsibilities and formalities for the Dublin
branch, and as such you should have demonstratable experience within a
customs brokerage role.
_DUTIES_ and responsibilities include, but not be limited to:
* Prepare and submit import and export declarations for both air and
ocean shipments
* Review customs related documentation to ensure the information
provided is accurate and all correct documentation is in place for all
shipments
* Follow up with customers directly to resolve any irregularities
* Maintain databases, customer records, reports, documentation in
accordance with AEO regulations
* Enter customs receivable charges, to include duty and VAT, and to
assist with any payment queries relating to customs formalities
* Provide ongoing customs support and guidance to customers
* Ensure that all customers provided with excellent customer service
